Fancy a different kind of Commander night?

The Commander Build Challenge Box is built around one simple idea:

Open a box. Pick a Commander. Build with what you've got.

Each box gives you a large, random pool of Magic: The Gathering cards, four potential Commanders and two sealed booster packs. Your challenge is to turn that pile into a 100-card Commander deck and see what happens.

Each box contains:

• Approximately 300 Magic: The Gathering cards
• Approximately 50 cards from each of the five colours
• A selection of multicolour, colourless and non-basic land cards
• 4 Legendary Creatures to choose from as potential Commanders, collectively spanning all five colours of Magic
• 2 sealed Magic: The Gathering booster packs
• Cards in Lightly Played condition or better

Every box is different, so you won't know exactly what you're building until you open it.

The Commander Challenge

Start by choosing one of the Legendary Creatures included in your box, or perhaps you'll open the perfect Commander from one of your booster packs.

Your Commander's colour identity and abilities determine which cards you can use, so choose carefully, dig through your card pool and try to piece together the best deck you can.

These boxes are made from unsorted bulk, so this isn't about building a powerful or finely tuned Commander deck.

That's the fun of it.

You might find an obvious strategy.

You might discover a card or interaction you'd never normally consider.

You might spend ten minutes trying to work out why on earth you're playing a particular common from 2017.

Once you've finished building, simply add your own basic lands to bring the deck up to 100 cards and you're ready to play.

What's Inside?

The exact cards, sets, rarities and sealed booster packs included will vary between boxes.

While every box follows the same general structure, the individual contents are intentionally random. No particular card, set, theme, Commander, booster pack or monetary value is guaranteed.

These boxes are made using unsorted bulk Magic cards and are intended as a casual Commander deckbuilding challenge rather than a curated or pre-constructed Commander product.

Every effort has been made to remove duplicate cards from each box, although a small number of duplicates may occasionally be present.

Cards can come from a wide range of Magic: The Gathering sets and releases.
