Overview
These Terms of Service apply to your use of the Mr Card Singles website and to purchases made through our online store.

Products and card condition
We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible.
Trading cards are sold according to the condition stated on the relevant product or variant. Card grading involves an element of judgement, and minor differences in interpretation may occasionally occur.
Where an item is materially different from its description or stated condition, please contact us in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
Product photographs, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the device or screen being used.
Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
Many trading cards are held in limited quantities, and some individual cards may only be available as a single copy.
Although we take reasonable steps to keep stock information accurate, occasional inventory errors may occur. If an item you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.
Prices
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, subject to the correction of genuine pricing or listing errors.
Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout and are explained in our Shipping Policy.
We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted except where there has been an obvious pricing error.
Orders
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the items in your basket.
You will receive an automated order confirmation after checkout. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- an item is unavailable;
- there has been an obvious pricing or listing error;
- payment has not been authorised;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the website; or
- we are unable to fulfil the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.
Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information.
Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy.
Any delivery timeframes shown on the website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms transfers responsibility for an order to you before it has been delivered to you or another person you have identified to receive it.
Returns, cancellations and refunds
Your rights to cancel an order, return goods or receive a refund are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refund Policy limits any rights you have under UK consumer law.
Errors and inaccuracies
We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, prices, stock levels and other information accurate.
Occasionally, errors may occur.
Where we identify an obvious error in a product listing, price, availability or other information, we may correct it and, where necessary, contact you regarding an affected order.
If we are unable to fulfil an order because of such an error, we may cancel the affected item or order and provide a refund.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the original content, branding, design and materials created by Mr Card Singles for this website belong to Mr Card Singles or are used with permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, card artwork, game imagery and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our original website content or branding without permission.
Third-party services and links
Our website is hosted by Shopify and may use services provided by other third parties, including payment providers and delivery services.
We may also link to external websites that we do not operate or control.
We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites, although this does not affect any responsibility we have for products you purchase directly from Mr Card Singles.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet legal requirements.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.
If you are purchasing goods as a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.
