At Mr Card Singles, we aim to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery for all orders. Whether you’re ordering a single card or an entire deck, we handle your items with care and ensure they reach you safely.
Shipping Rates
We offer straightforward, value-based shipping rates based on the total value of your order:
Orders £0 – £10: Standard Delivery – £1.99
(Untracked. Suitable for low-value orders.)
Orders £10 – £50: Tracked Delivery – £2.99
(Includes tracking for added peace of mind.)
Orders £50+: Tracked Delivery – £4.99
(Includes tracking for added peace of mind.)
Orders with accessories: Tracked Delivery – £5.00
(Includes tracking for added peace of mind and allows us to ship and protect your bigger items.)
These rates help us cover packaging, secure postage, and delivery tracking where necessary. For higher-value orders, we ensure extra care and tracking to safeguard your items during transit.
Local Store Delivery Option (Temporarily Unavailable)
If you’re located near Famous Collectables, TN40 1DU, you can choose Store Delivery at checkout. With this option, your order will be dropped off at the store for collection at your convenience. This is a great way to save on postage and receive your order faster if you're local.
Shipping Timeframes
Standard Delivery: Typically arrives within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Tracked Delivery: Typically arrives within 1–3 business days, with tracking updates available once dispatched.
Store Delivery: Usually ready for collection within 1–2 business days.
Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods, such as holidays or promotional sales.
Dispatch Times
Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
Packaging and Protection
We package all cards securely using protective sleeves, toploaders and hard cases where appropriate. All orders are shipped in protective mailers which include a flat carboard side to reduce the risk of damage during transit. High-value orders may include additional reinforcement and tracking for added security.
Issues with Delivery
If your package is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible. We take shipping concerns seriously and will work with you to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. In the rare event of loss or damage, tracked orders allow us to follow up with the postal service on your behalf.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the UK at this time. We hope to expand this in the future, stay tuned!
