Mr Card Singles Is Coming to the Demelza Charity Bring & Buy 2026
I’m pleased to announce that Mr Card Singles will be attending the upcoming Demelza Charity Board Game Bring & Buy as a vendor at Ratton School, Eastbourne.
This will be the first physical event for Mr Card Singles, although it won’t be my first time supporting the Bring & Buy itself.
I’ve helped with the event for several years, including creating and maintaining the seller submission form and point-of-sale system used by the volunteers to process items and sales on the day.
This year, alongside helping the event run, I’ll also be bringing Mr Card Singles along with its own vendor table.
What will be available from Mr Card Singles?
I’m currently preparing a selection of Magic: The Gathering products for the event, including:
- Magic: The Gathering singles
- Mystery boxes created especially for the event
- Sealed products
- Deck boxes and accessories
- Binders of cards to browse
- As much as I can possibly fit on my allocated table!
I’m still finalising exactly what stock to bring, so anyone planning to attend is welcome to contact Mr Card Singles through Facebook or Instagram with any requests or suggestions.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will support Demelza Children’s Hospice, so it’s a great opportunity to find something new while helping an important local charity.
More than just a Bring & Buy
The Bring & Buy will feature hundreds of board games and tabletop hobby items from local sellers. There will also be a range of independent vendors offering items including:
- New and pre-owned board games
- Trading card games, with both Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering confirmed
- LEGO sets
- Tabletop accessories
- Gaming gifts and collectables
There will also be a charity raffle, game demonstrations, competitions, family activities, open gaming and a bake sale.
Even if you only want to come along and say hello, there should be plenty to see and do throughout the day.
Looking to buy board games or visit Mr Card Singles?
The event takes place at:
Ratton School
Eastbourne, East Sussex
The main activity hall, vendor stands, open gaming and bake sale will be open from 11:00am until 3:30pm, so make sure to visit the Mr Card Singles table during those hours.
The Bring & Buy itself will be open to buyers from:
12:00pm until 3:00pm
Visitors are advised to bring cash, as transactions through the Bring & Buy will be cash-based.
Mr Card Singles will also be accepting cash only on the day, so please make sure to bring cash for any purchases you would like to make.
Come and say hello
This is the first time Mr Card Singles will have a physical event stall, so I’m really looking forward to meeting more local players, showing people what we’ve been building and supporting an event that I’ve enjoyed helping with over the years.
